Download lesson videos based on specific leadership traits you want your child to learn, or based on the themed series your organization is teaching. To get started downloading videos:

A. Go to "Shop" and click on "Videos"
B. Select your child's age range 
C. Choose a video by leadership traits or by themed series
D. Download or stream the videos from the "My Downloads" page  

Download multiple lessons within a specific leadership trait and your child can earn a Leadership Badge for that trait. Your child can also download a free Award Poster to display all of the leadership badges they earn. Monitor your child's Badge progress by going to the "My Leadership Progress" navigation link at the top of the website. To begin earning badges:

A. Go to "Shop" and click on "Badges"
B. Select your child's age range
C. Choose a badge by leadership traits or by themed series
D. Download or stream the videos from the "My Downloads" page
